These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quizzable website ("Website") and any services provided therein ("Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using Quizzable. By accessing or using Quizzable, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Quizzable.

3. Account Registration and Termination

Upon termination, your access to Quizzable and all associated Services will be discontinued. Termination of your account may result in the permanent deletion of your information and data associated with your account.
4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, upload, or display on Quizzable ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Quizzable a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with Quizzable and its Services.
4.2 Responsibility for User Content
You are solely responsible for any User Content you submit, and you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the User Content and that its use by Quizzable does not violate any laws or infringe upon any third-party rights.
4.3 Harmful Content
You agree that you will not submit or upload any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable. Quizzable reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.

Quizzable provides the option to authenticate with Google when logging in. When you choose to authenticate using Google, you grant Quizzable permission to access and use certain information from your Google account as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using this authentication method, you agree to comply with Google's terms and conditions.

Quizzable does not share personal information with third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.2 User Content and Copyright Infringement
Quizzable respects the intellectual property rights of others. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Quizzable is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. Your use of Quizzable is at your sole risk. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of Quizzable for any purpose.
7.2 Harmful Content Disclaimer
Quizzable is not responsible for any harmful, inaccurate, or objectionable content uploaded by users. While we strive to monitor and remove such content, we do not guarantee its absence, and you acknowledge and agree that your exposure to such content is at your own risk.
8. Termination of Service
8.1 Termination by Quizzable
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Quizzable or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, without liability to you or any third party.
8.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to Quizzable and all associated Services will be discontinued. Quizzable may retain and use any publicly available User Content you have submitted unless you delete it before your account is terminated.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall in no way be affected or impaired.
